It is with a heavy heart that I announce that we will be suspending meetings. I (Bryce) have taken a position with a web/finance company in Atlanta and will be moving up there soon.

Beginning in January 2010, the Dublin PHP and Web Developers group will begin meeting on the SECOND Thursday of the month rather than the first.
This schedule change will have two immediate benefits: first, if you didn't already know, I'm an accountant in my day-job so the first week of the month is super hectic for me.
Second, the Atlanta group meets on the first Thursdays and I'd like to pop in up there every now and again. Also, it would be cool to get some of those guys down here, so second Thursdays would alleviate that scheduling conflict. |

August 6 Meeting CANCELLED
Due to a (*very* recent and un-posted) change in the MGC Dublin Center's hours for the next few weeks, we will not be able to have the August meeting in the MGC Library.
There are no other acceptable facilities in the area that are available so that pretty much does it for this month. I will be at the library entrance at 7PM in case anyone does not receive this email in time.
Jack Walker has kindly offered us a standing invitation to hold meetings at the Blackbird Coffee shop which is less than a quarter of a mile down Bellevue towards Industrial Blvd. I'll be heading down there soon after 7PM should anyone be interested.
I sincerely apologize for the short notice on this. As of last week we had the green light to meet at this location.

The first meeting of the Dublin PHP and Web Developers Group will be on Thursday June 4, 2009 from 7PM - 8PM at the MGC Dublin Center in Dublin, Georgia. If you'd like to attend, please RSVP here. UPDATE (5/21/09 9:36PM): I mixed up the dates on the RSVP site, the meeting will not be on Saturday June 6 as previously shown, rather it will be on Thursday, June 4th. UPDATE (6/4/09 3:00PM): We'll meet in the classroom LB5. WiFi will be available, as will computers (it's a computer lab). Feel free to bring your own laptops.
